Meet the Arrow Circle Electric Team

David is driven to raise the standard of electrical work in Kansas City. He’s the catalyst that pushes Arrow Circle Electric to constantly improve, and takes pride in seeing his employees learn, grow and succeed. David also enjoys building relationships with vendors and customers, and truly working with them in partnership.  David is committed to delivering high-quality electrical work that can power new homes and businesses today – and in the future – and aims to build long-term relationships based on trust. When he’s not at work, he’s either spending time with his family at home, at the lake, or enjoying a little time on the golf course. 

Dallas manages all of Arrow Circle Electric’s new residential construction projects. His role encompasses many facets of the business including production training, customer service, custom electrical site designs and layouts, job estimates, and bids.  With comprehensive training and unrivaled technical expertise, Dallas has led a wide variety of complex, multi-faceted projects and has had the privilege of working on many intricate designs for our customers.  He loves a challenge and a fast-paced work environment and he finds both working for Arrow Circle Electric.  In his spare time Dallas likes to hang out with his wife and kids and showcase his BBQ know-how.

As our Operations Manager, Randy handles all the business operations of Arrow Circle Electric, from production scheduling to weekly team meeting presentations. Randy loves all the challenges that come his way on a daily basis—from handling all the different personalities involved in a project, riding the wave of the economy and how it affects new construction and more. Randy is always ready to solve all project-related challenges and help everyone to succeed.  When he’s not busy running the operations at Arrow Circle Electric he’s at home doing another very important job – raising his two teenagers.

Kevin works closely with the many different facets of the company to streamline processes and systems and provide regular financial direction to management. He maintains detailed and top-quality back-office operations to complement the technical side of the business. The work he does ensures each project is done right every time and keeps business running smoothly and seamlessly. During his time away from work he likes to retreat to the lake to relax.

From homeowner walkthroughs to estimates to service scheduling and more, Jeremy is responsible for seeing a job from start to finish. He provides a comprehensive approach and professional project management to each job while maintaining a strong “safety first” focus. He enjoys the autonomy that comes from being a trustworthy employee and the connection he has with all the employees at Arrow Circle Electric. Jeremy is all business at the office, but at home he enjoys having fun with his 5-year-old daughter who keeps him on his toes.

Austin is an experienced electrician who takes great pride in his work. He has a strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of electrical systems, allowing him to consistently deliver high-quality work to his customers.

With a never-ending drive for knowledge, he is currently enrolled at JCCC, pursuing a degree in Electrical Technology, and holds an OSHA 30 certification.

Outside of his profession, Austin is a fun-loving individual who enjoys spending his free time at theme parks, concerts, and going on road trips. He has a keen interest in the drive-in culture and often spends time at different drive-in theaters across the country. With a passion for adventure and travel, Austin is always looking for new and exciting experiences to enjoy.

Scott’s expertise is in audio/video and security systems.  His goal is to provide our customers with the most secure, personalized application coupled with the most professional experience regardless of the complexity of the project. He is fluent in the latest technology available and enables our customers to manage their security and A/V needs effortlessly. Outside of work he enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors.
